All people inherently hold both masculine and feminine energies, however in a society where the masculine is praised and prioritized many of us have lost touch with our feminine essence.

Whether you were born female, identify as a woman, are a mother, were a mother, have a mother, or want to be a mother this retreat is a day to honor and nourish your inner feminine. The feminine is an energy that is characterized and expressed through introspection, connection, meditation and Mother Nature, which is exactly what we will be focusing on during this morning gathering together.

What to expect: 

• Meaningful connection with yourself and others 
• Opportunity for creative expression (make your own essential oil roller and/or floral creation)
• Time for introspection and/or journaling 
• Meditation with Reiki (optional) 
• Tea, light snacks and a small gift just for you 

Come dressed in comfortable clothes, with a journal, blanket and anything else you need to feel cozy.
